training with Brett Hoebel from Manhattan on a new workout
called Urban Motion.
Urban Motion
is functional exercise contained in a segment of cardio followed
by intensive toning focusing on balance and strength. (For
example, you might do pushups with one leg off the ground.)
Urban Motion
trains the body in a two-hour program divided into four half-hour
segments with breaks in between. The segments can include
shadow-boxing drills, followed by ab work, lunges, squats,
and free weights. It is all topped off with a stretch and
relaxation.
