been AFAA Certified for over 5 years. He is a Master class presenter
in Step, Hi/Lo and Funk. He has an extensive background in ballet
and jazz. |
| Mark
was born on December 26, 1971 and has been dancing since he was 4
years old. His mother taught him the jitterbug when he was only 7!
His older friends were in awe of his dancing skills and encouraged
him to use his talent in the fitness arena. |

dance. Movement helps people express how they feel and removes
frustrations and stress. You do not need to have a dance backround
